01 — What we collect
When you vote for the next BICEP CREAM flavour, we collect your email address, your Malaysian mobile/WhatsApp number, your flavour choice and (if you choose "Other") your suggested flavour. If you order via WhatsApp, your conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
02 — How your contact details are used
Your email and phone number are used to record your vote and prevent duplicate voting. We send marketing messages (new flavours, product drops, BICEP CREAM news) by email and/or WhatsApp only if you tick the separate consent checkbox. Voting never requires marketing consent.
03 — Purposes of processing
We process this information to: (1) record and count flavour votes, (2) contact voters about the winning flavour where relevant, and (3) send marketing updates only where you have explicitly opted in.
04 — Service providers and storage
Your submission is stored on secure cloud database infrastructure that hosts this website. We do not sell your personal data. [OWNER REVIEW: name specific providers before publication if required.]
05 — Retention

07 — Withdrawing marketing consent
You can withdraw marketing consent at any time — reply to any of our messages asking to be removed, or email bicepcream@outlook.my. Withdrawal does not affect your vote.
